Have you been feeling stuck or having trouble finding the motivation to navigate all the demands and challenges in your life? If so, you are not alone! The number of tasks most of us are expected to complete in all the various areas of life can easily start to pile up and when this happens it's a human response to want to avoid what is making us feel bad. Signs that you may be in this cycle include feeling overwhelmed, burned out, self-criticism, difficulty managing anxiety or depressive symptoms, struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or people pleasing, and difficulty with setting boundaries with others.
This is where I can help! For over 18 years I have been helping my clients navigate these difficult phases in their lives and work through important life transitions such as major career changes, adjusting to changes in the family dynamics, and helping college students and their parents manage the transition from living at home to moving away and the pressures that can come with it.
I provide thoughtful, experienced support for to help you through these difficult phases of life, important decisions, and major transitions through individual, couple, and family therapy. Life is hard enough these days, and you shouldn’t have to sort through these kinds of challenges alone.
Reach out and let's figure this out together!

Do you ever find yourself stuck in the same conflict with your partner, even when you both want things to feel different? Or wanting more closeness, more ease, or more desire in your relationship, but not quite knowing how to get there?
You’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling caught between wanting connection and protecting themselves from getting hurt. These patterns often make sense when we look at where they began, even if they no longer serve the relationship you want today.
This is where I can help. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand what is happening beneath the surface of their relationship. My work focuses on helping partners step out of cycles of conflict and build stronger, more secure connections. Together, we slow things down, make sense of emotional reactions, and create new ways of relating that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
I work from a sex positive and inclusive perspective, welcoming clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about intimacy, desire, and connection without fear of judgment.
As an experiential therapist, my approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw on both the wisdom of the body and the insight of the mind to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your partner, and work through past relational wounds. From there, we move toward meaningful change that feels steady and lasting.
Whether you are facing ongoing conflict, healing from past hurts, or wanting to deepen intimacy and desire, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and each other in a more genuine way.
I look forward to working with you!
