GROUPS

Therapist led, group counseling provides a supportive, structured space that gives individuals the opportunity to connect with others who are navigating similar challenges while gaining practical tools and insight in a therapeutic setting. Groups vary based on the specific focus such for adults facing professional stress or burnout, college students who are adjusting to the transition into college or  experiencing isolation, or feeling uncertain about their future after graduation, as well as ones for couples that are centered around pre-parenting or blended family issues. Additional groups may be offered based on client interest and common life stressors.

Groups are designed to be collaborative, skills-based, and supportive, combining guided discussion with practical strategies participants can apply in their daily lives. Group counseling is not offered on a continuous, drop-in basis. An interest list is maintained, and groups typically begin once 8–10 members have signed up.
